I have purchased Resellers Liscences from both DigiWeb Studios and Scrappin Doodles.
The designers of these graphics will allow you to use your purchased graphics to design layouts for yourself or for a client in websets, scrapbook layouts or printables (like stickers or tags etc...) You cannot resell, share or redistribute any of these graphic files “as is” or as a commercial use product (designer tool) - you must create something new with them.
You may use the graphics in your craft projects (stitcheries, painting etc...)
You MUST give credit for the clipart to the designer.
