Following payment, your pattern will be delivered to you as a pdf file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open, save or print the pattern file.

Chances are Acrobat Reader is already installed on your computer. If not, or if you need to update your Adobe, simply visit www.adobe.com to download it free!

When you find a pattern you'd like to purchase, just click on the 'add to cart' button. You will be directed to our secure warmheart shopping cart at PayLoadz where you can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Once you have finished shopping, go to your cart and click on “Check Out” to purchase your items.

The entire process happens in a matter of seconds. You will be sent a “thank you” email along with a link to download your patterns. You will also be able to download immediately after paying for your item at PayPal if your payment is cleared. Once you click on the "Continue" link at PayPal, you will be taken to an instant download page.

If the order has not been processed, or the payment is pending, then you will receive an email with the download links when the transaction has completed.

On the last page of Paypal that says "You've Made A Payment" there is a button on the lower right corner that says "You must CLICK HERE to Download Your Product", click that button. A blank white page will come up. Do not X out or back out of this page. In a few moments a download box will pop up and you can start your download. If you have a pop up blocker you may need to disable it prior to making your purchase.
